Marketing Manager

Managing all marketing and activities within the marketing department. Developing the marketing strategy in line with companies’ objectives. Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities. Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.

  • Currently living in Malta.
  • Excellent command of both Maltese and English.
  • Confident, with solid previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent time management and business acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics.
  • Develop media relations strategy, seeking high level placements in print, broadcast and online media.
  • Develop consumer segmentation strategies that can be implemented across all digital marketing channels.
  • Coordinate all public relations activities.
  • Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media.
  • Generate insights on customer’s needs; understands the emotional and rational triggers that can change people’s behaviour and set us apart in a competitive landscape.
  • Conduct market research to determine requirements for existing and future products.

In-Store Staff

Reporting directly to the Retail Operations Manager, the selected candidates will be based in one of the retail outlets and responsible for the day to day running of the outlet. Building a relationship of trust and willingness to assist our esteemed clientele are fundamental parts for this post. The ideal candidate should possess the following requirements:

  • Have a good standard of education
  • Be mature and possess a pleasant personality
  • Be able to work on own initiative, with the least supervision
  • Possess excellent verbal communication skills
  • Be proficient in English – verbal and written
  • Have knowledge and experience in the use of MS Word and MS Excel
  • Preferably be over 23 years of age
  • Possession of culinary knowledge which can be communicated to our clients is considered to be an asset

Project Manager

 

The Project Manager will have the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project. The job entails performing a variety of tasks including multitasking and decision making.

Technical Attributes. The candidate must possess the following:

  • Well versed in technical expertise, Procurement, Risk assessment and Quality management.
  • Sound knowledge of IT infrastructure and architecture.
  • Sense of balance between the roles of project manager and technical advisor.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms.
  • Capable of seeing through a project from the design to a finished project.
  • Trade background, with experience in construction and finishing works.
  • Experience of managing and co-ordinating sub-contractors, including specialist installations.
  • Working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
  • Ability to contribute to the design development process.
  • Understanding of M&E Installations.
  • Good administrative and IT skills.
  • Excellent Leadership and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

    • Ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
    • Determine and define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
    • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, identify areas for improvement.
    • Perform Risk management to minimize project risks.
    • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
    • Utilize industry best practices, techniques and standards throughout the entire project execution.
    • Establishes and maintains relationships with third parties/vendors, manage contracts with suppliers.

Drivers (B & C License) – Full-Time Indefinite Basis

Reporting directly to the Warehousing & Distribution Manager, the ideal candidate should possess the following requirements:

  • At least have secondary level of education
  • Be resourceful and maintain a strong ambition to succeed
  • Be able to work on his / her own initiative and without being supervised
  • Be able to communicate effectively in English
  • Possess a valid C driving license (a must)
  • Clean police conduct and a strong knowledge of the Maltese roads
  • Deliver orders to various customers by following a specified route and a time schedule
  • Inspect vehicle prior to operation and ensures that all route logs and reports are complete
